4. Artist Services & Revenue Sharing

4.1 Artist Accounts

Premium and Artist accounts have the ability to upload and distribute music through our platform. All uploaded content is subject to review and approval.

4.2 Revenue Sharing

• •Artists earn revenue based on streams of their music
• •Payments are calculated monthly and processed quarterly
• •Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD
• •Detailed earnings reports available in your dashboard

4.3 Record Deals

Selected artists may be offered record deals with enhanced promotion, management services, and studio access. These agreements are separate contracts governed by their own terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• •Infringe on intellectual property rights
• •Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Artificially inflate streams, views, or engagement metrics

6. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

7. Termination
